Your tickets and receipt are attached to the bottom of this email, and includes your Blue Gate Theatre confirmation number. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Please note, if you purchased a dining package for this show, you must print your attached tickets and bring them along with you. They will serve as your dining voucher and must be presented to your server.
In order to make your visit easier, we have some specific details for you:

House Rules:
- Must present valid ID when picking up tickets at Will Call.
- Be sure to have your tickets ready to present at the door - or visit the box office once doors open.
- No outside food or beverage allowed - concessions are available inside.
- No backpacks of any sort are allowed in the venue.
- As of March 2023, No bags or purses are allowed in venue. Only small clutch wallets of 4.5"H x 6.5"W (size of hand) will be permitted. Exceptions being any small, clear bags no larger than 10"H x 10"W x 2" wide, any medical/prescription bags, affixed bags on wheelchairs and/or scooters, and diaper bags for small children, which will be searched. This policy will be enforced upon entry - all belongings are still subject to search should deemed necessary by staff or security.
- No Flash or Professional photography, and video recording is prohibited.
- Standing & Dancing during performance is not discouraged, and is often encouraged not only by us, but by the artists themselves. We, the venue, will not actively interfere with how guests choose to enjoy their concert experience, i.e., by making guests sit down or vice versa. However, we do ask all guests to please be considerate and respectful of others. If you choose to stand or dance for a duration of time while others around you are not, you may be asked to move off to the side, or the back of auditorium. Failure to do so after being warned, could result in removal.
- Any violation of house rules, or behavior deemed by staff or security as disruptive, distracting, disrespectful, unruly, crude, or combative will result in immediate removal.

For Evening shows -11:00am to 6:00pm, yet we suggest arriving no later than 5:00pm.
For Afternoon shows - 11:00am, or any time after the show until 7:00pm
*All times are Eastern Time Zone.
**The restaurant is on a first come, first serve basis - even for ticket holders. No reservations or call aheads accepted. Due to larger volumes & longer wait times expected on concert evenings, we suggest these arrival times so you get added to the waitlist (should there be one) and ensure you dine in time for your show. Please plan accordingly.
